Full time employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage after 90 days of employment, helping you focus on your work and well being with confidence.

Time Off

  • After 90 days of employment, employees receive twelve days of paid vacation for company wide office closures the entire week of July 4th, Christmas, and New Year’s
  • After two years of employment, vacation increases to include the entire week of Thanksgiving
  • At the 3 year mark an additional week of your choice is added to bring your vacation days to a wopping 5 weeks plus Memorial Day & Labor Day
  • Employees receive three sick days after 90 days of employment
  • After one year of employment, employees receive five sick days annually

Travel & Work Support

Travel Support

Generous daily per diem is provided when traveling for assignments, acts as a travel incentive while also helping cover meals and daily expenses.

 

Uniform Allowance

A $250 allowance is provided upon completion of training to purchase uniforms through our scrub portal.

 

 

 Mileage Reimbursement

Mileage is reimbursed to and from home when traveling locally for assignments.
